Fred Weil is general counsel to numerous small and medium companies across a wide array of industries. He has formed hundreds of entities, including corporations, LLCs, and limited partnerships in various states, and has drafted thousands of agreements of all kinds and nature. These include agreements for mergers, reorganizations, conversions, redemptions, sales of stock, sales of businesses, shareholder agreements, management agreements, real estate agreements, operating agreements, partnership agreements, employment agreements, distribution agreements, and many others.
